Buy vouchers
If they are offered in the shop, vouchers can be purchased like normal items. As soon as you have bought a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping cart. You can now use the "Send voucher" link to send the desired amount by e-mail.

Send vouchers
To send a voucher, please click on the "Send voucher" link in your shopping basket. In order to send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First and last name of the recipient. A valid email address of the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit). A short message to the receiver. Please check your details again before sending. You can correct your information at any time before sending it.

Buy with vouchers
Once you have a balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You can redeem your credit during the ordering process. If the credit is less than the value of the goods, you must choose your preferred method of payment for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, you can of course use the remaining credit for your next order.

If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:. 1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you can open one. 2. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
