As is well known, we convert systems with the well-known THORCAT system so that they can then be operated legally.This service is intended for all those who already own an open basic exhaust system from our range but have not installed a THORCAT system.In fact, we are building a hollow, illegal facility with our system in such a way that it can be operated legally.After the conversion, it has an EG ABE and is therefore registered for a vehicle in the Thorcat register.Of course, this doesn't work for all systems!

The order process:Order this service here in the shop, print out and fill out the E1 RECO formPack everything well in a sufficiently large box, without any packaging material that crumbles or shreds, and write the order number on the outside of the boxEnclose the E1 Reco formWe build the system according to the service descriptionWe pack the system(s) and deliver everything back checked and ready for use with documents.
Other notes:This service is a special order and cannot be withdrawn, which is why the usual right of withdrawal for end consumers is excluded.The waiver of this must be confirmed when ordering!Existing lambda sensors should be unscrewed, manifold flanges with snap rings should be removed, as well as all clamps and screws etc.We work carefully and with a wealth of experience from many thousands of systems.Despite measurement and testing, damage can occur when installing and pressing the modules on the used system, even destroying the system.These are not at the expense of FMC Thorcat and are the risk of the client.The systems must be clean and dismantled.The original DB Eater / dampers or other installations should be removed.If we need to remove the dampers or clean the system, we calculate the time required to do this.
The risk of damage resulting from the removal of DB Eater is then borne by the client.If the DB Eater cannot be removed without possible destruction, we will send the system back.A processing fee of 50 euros will be charged and, if necessary, the amount already paid for the service will be refunded.If the exhaust system does not pass the initial tests, we will send the system back.A processing fee of 50 euros will be charged and, if necessary, the amount already paid for the service will be refunded.It may be technically necessary to shorten the core system slightly in order to achieve a clean installation situation.But this has no effect on the function or appearance.The combination of a used, albeit tested, system with a new module always involves a certain residual risk, but we have had good experiences in recent years.
